A sector reform workshop was conducted with participants including Gombe RAAMP, a World Bank consultant, FPMU, and various state stakeholders such as the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Works and Transport, Ministry for Local Government, NSE, AFAN, and transport unions. The workshop aimed to develop two key bills—the Rural Access Road Authority (RARA) Bill and the State Road Fund (SRF) Bill—to ensure the sustainability of RAAMP projects in Gombe State.
